Xiaomi finally brings Redmi A4 5G to India, and this is a new affordable 5G smartphone the company has entered the country with, announced more than a month ago. With discounts, the retail price would be around INR 8,499, or about $100.
The Redmi A4 5G boasts a 6.88-inch HD+ IPS screen, complete with a silky smooth 120Hz refresh rate, for great viewing and flowing experiences. Under the hood, this smartphone makes use of the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2, which promises to deliver adequate performance for everyday use while bridging seamlessly into 5G networks. This smartphone draws strength from a 5,160 mAh battery, that supports 18W wired charging to ensure users get up and running without needing to top up the phone too often.
Based on storage, the Redmi A4 5G will be available in two variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM with 128GB storage. In terms of photography needs, it packs a 50MP dual rear camera setup and an 8MP front-facing camera for meeting various photography needs.
The device will be up for sale officially starting 27 November from Amazon India and also directly on Xiaomi’s online store. It is available in two enthralling colors, Sparkle Purple and Starry Black both with a glossy finish that will give this device a premium look.
