Overview

Honor is building serious hype for the Magic V6, dropping official teaser images just days before its big reveal. Product manager Fei Wang lit up Weibo with shots of the foldable’s inner screen—looking virtually crease-free when unfolded. Launching next month, a day ahead of MWC 2026, this book-style beast aims to rival Oppo’s Find N6 and Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 with standout design and stamina.

It’s a foldable fan’s dream: thinner, lighter, and crease-minimal without skimping on power. That nearly invisible fold line? Game-changer for tablet-like viewing.

Crease-Free Magic: Design Highlights

The images show a flat inner display with no obvious crease down the middle—Honor credits advanced hinge tech and upgraded panels. Rounded frame corners give it a comfy grip, while the metallic finish screams premium. Spot the USB-C port at the bottom; clean and practical.

Fei Wang stresses no trade-offs: slim profile intact, battery unharmed, performance untouched. In a world where foldables still show that pesky line, Honor’s pushing boundaries—like Oppo’s recent N6 tease or Apple’s rumored 0.15mm crease on its debut folder.

A red variant popped up earlier with a triple rear camera and dual LED flash, hinting at pro imaging chops.

Monster Battery and Charging

Expect a hefty 7,000mAh battery—huge for foldables—with 120W fast charging to top up in a flash. That’s multi-day potential for heavy use, from split-screen multitasking to streaming marathons. Silicon-carbon tech might be in play for density without bulk.

Launch Buzz and Rivals

Set for March 1 at Honor’s “AI Device Ecosystem Era” event, alongside the quirky Robot Phone. It’ll debut in China first, with global eyes on MWC follow-up.

Stacking up against Oppo Find N6’s crease-free claim and Galaxy Z Fold 7’s polish, the V6 could snag the ultra-thin crown. Expect Snapdragon 8 Elite-level power, high-res dual screens (inner around 7.95-inch LTPO OLED), and cameras to match flagships.

Why It Could Fold the Competition

Creaseless screens fix foldables’ biggest gripe, delivering seamless immersion. Pair that with endurance and speed, and Honor’s crafting a productivity powerhouse for pros and creators.

In India’s foldable-hungry market, this could explode if priced right. Mark March calendars—Honor’s about to unfold some real magic.
